CASE STUDY

In 2016 a medium sized dealership in Sydney set up an accident management center and told it’s customers that all clients are entitled to a free replacement vehicles if they have a “not at fault” accident. Customer drops off their damaged car at Peugeot and obtains an upgraded, newer vehicle as a replacement car. After repairs are completed, Peugeot generates a rental invoice and uses CARS Claims to collect $3,000.00 from “at fault” insurer for Peugeot. Customer trades in their older repaired vehicle for the newer, more expensive rental car. Peugeot makes a sale.
